Phase 1 received its occupation certificate in 2019 and Phase 2 in 2022. Homes in these towers are lived in and sold by their owners. Tell us your budget and size, and we will send today's list of available homes.
Buying a resale home
Every home at The Corridors is now bought from its owner. Here is why that works in your favour, and how we take you from the first call to the registry.
Both phases hold occupation certificates. No construction wait and no delivery risk.
GST applies to homes sold before completion. A home with an OC pays stamp duty and registration instead.
Walk through the actual home, its floor, view and condition, before you agree a price.
Lived-in towers where neighbours have been settled since 2019, around a clubhouse that is already built.
Size, budget, preferred cluster and floor, and when you want to move in.
Photos, floor, facing, condition and asking price of the homes available today.
We arrange visits to the shortlisted homes in a single trip.
Conveyance deed or builder-buyer agreement, possession letter, maintenance no-dues and the transfer process.
Agreement to sell, then the sale deed registered at the sub-registrar's office.
Inside every tower
The developer's specification left much of the finishing to the first owners, so the flooring, kitchens and air-conditioning in each resale home are the owner's own. We share photos and details of every home before you visit. The buildings themselves share these services:

The clubhouse
The community building at the centre of The Corridors received its occupation certificate with Phase 2 in 2022. The developer planned it in three parts: dining and banqueting, sport, and quiet rooms.

Greens & sport
Paths crisscross a series of courtyards, and parks and playgrounds take up about 13.5 acres, more than a third of the site. The developer designed a 2 km fitness trail with distance markers and fitness stations, private gardens for ground-floor homes, and homes open on two sides for cross-ventilation.
Sports facilities as the developer planned them.

What was built
The developer's master plan wraps four clusters around the courtyards and the clubhouse. Three of them were built, and the two occupation certificates cover:
Cluster D, shown on the master plan, was planned as Phase 3 and never built.
